We’re hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily back-of-house operations and help drive food quality and efficiency. This is a great role for someone ready to step up in leadership while staying hands-on in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Kitchen Manager with production, prep, and line supervision
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards
• Train and motivate kitchen team members
• Help with ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization
