Assistant Manager
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $50,000-$55,000/year + Bonus Potential

Job Summary:
A high-energy and dynamic restaurant is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimizing profits, and maintaining high standards for food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and service levels.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee financial responsibilities, including inventory management, food ordering, and labor cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitary practices, as well as federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain a professional and clean restaurant image, ensuring all appearance standards are met.
- Manage guest experiences, responding to and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling, shift management, and operational planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-4 years of restaurant management experience.
- 2-4 years of high-volume bar/restaurant experience.
- Food Manager and Liquor License certifications required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with increased hours during peak times.
