About the Role
Burger King is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations in Omaha, NE. This role supports the General Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a great guest experience, with strong potential for advancement into a General Manager position.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and shift execution
• Supervise, coach, and develop crew members and shift managers
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
• Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Address and resolve guest complaints or operational issues
• Help drive sales performance and meet business targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management experience in a restaurant, retail, or QSR environment required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic financial and inventory management skills
• Must be 18+ (varies by location requirements)
