Assistant Restaurant Manager
Salary: $37,440–$45,760
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours

A popular fast-casual restaurant group is seeking a high-energy Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and support a positive, guest-focused team culture. This is an excellent step for someone ready to grow into an AGM or GM role in the near future.

About the Role

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Deliver great guest service and maintain high standards
• Train, coach and motivate team members
• Support hiring and onboarding
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and restaurant controls
• Help build a positive, welcoming team environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years shift leader/supervisor/assistant manager experience (restaurant or food service)
• Warm, energetic personality and guest-first mindset
• Strong communication & basic leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and shift operations
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Must be 18+
