Assistant Manager – Taco Cabana
Location: Various locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year

Position Overview
The Assistant Manager at Taco Cabana supports the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role is pivotal in driving the restaurant’s success and fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards
• Lead and motivate team members during shifts, ensuring high levels of performance and morale
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members, providing guidance and feedback
• Address guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support in payroll processing, inventory management, and other administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years in quick-service restaurant management
• Basic understanding of Profit & Loss statements and cost controls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
