What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager with operations, staffing, and training
• Deliver a positive dining experience through great service and consistency
• Motivate and lead team members with care, clarity, and connection
• Help manage labor, scheduling, and inventory
• Step in to lead shifts and resolve challenges on the fly
