What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily shift operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with great food, service, and hospitality
• Coach and motivate team members to meet goals in speed, accuracy, and service
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training
• Uphold food safety standards and operational procedures
• Foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum age 18+
• 1+ year of restaurant management or shift leadership experience preferred
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• Strong communicator and calm under pressure
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
