Role Summary

We are looking for a Bar Professional who understands that at Jashan, the beverage experience must reflect the same standards as the kitchen: precision, balance, elegance, and intentionality.

This is not a high-volume nightlife bar role. It is a hospitality and craft role.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails consistently, beautifully, and efficiently
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a focused cocktail program
• Understand and communicate ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined bar environment
• Collaborate with culinary and service leadership on menu alignment
• Engage guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Maintain high standards of prep, garnish, glassware, and presentation
• Support beverage service during both standard dinner and immersive experiences

Ideal Background

• Prior craft cocktail or upscale bar experience preferred
• Strong foundation in classic technique and flavor balance
• Interest in creating a beverage program that complements an elevated Indian kitchen
• Wine and spirits curiosity is a plus
• Leadership potential is highly valued
