Restaurant Managers Needed (Bilingual)!

Salary: up to $60k (including Bonus)

Restaurant Manager requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a restaurant manager or GM in fast-casual restaurant with catering.  
• High-volume experience
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and employee satisfaction at all times
• Excellent leadership and employee development skills
• Assist with controlling cost (P&L)
• Administers new hire orientation and company reports

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $52k, based on experience
