Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to provide excellent service to our guests. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing transactions, assisting guests with purchases, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at the counter. You will also help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area while contributing to the fun and excitement of Chuck E. Cheese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and handle all cashier transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Process sales for food, beverages, tokens, and merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and front counter.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions and concerns.
• Assist with redeeming tickets for prizes and ensure a positive experience at the prize counter.
• Balance cash registers at the start and end of each shift.
• Help maintain stock levels of merchandise, tokens, and other supplies at the counter.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the front-of-house runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling money.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with guests.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
