Commercial HVAC Technician | $35–$42/hr | Mon–Fri Day Shift | Auburn Hills, MI

ABM is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to maintain chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems at a multi-floor commercial building in Auburn Hills, MI. The shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install commercial HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, and boiler systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Perform building rounds and preventive and reactive maintenance
• Document work orders in a CMMS
• Communicate with the client, engineering leadership, and vendors
• Follow OSHA and site safety standards

Requirements

• EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Availability for overtime and on-call as needed

Preferred

• Chiller and boiler experience
• HVAC or Mechanical Technology trade school graduate
• CMMS experience
