Contract Recruiter – Up to $35 per hour
Excellent Opportunity to support a high-growth company that is opening a very large facility in North Fort Worth/Alliance area.
Position is full-time, temporary, up to 90 days or longer
Pay up to $35.00 per hour based on experience
Work is Hybrid, home-based and office-based (in Lewisville, TX)
Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles — including intake calls, sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Successfully organize and balance complex job order requirements
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers
- Make independent decisions that diversify candidate and applicant pool, reduce time-to-fill, and increase overall number of qualified applicants
- High-volume recruiting, at least 20 requisitions typically
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and referral generation
- Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and transparent process management
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including diversity initiatives
- Administers pre-employment tests, including background checks and drug screens
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years full-cycle recruiting experience with large companies
- Experience recruiting manufacturing roles
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven ability to source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Persuasive skills
- Experience supporting up to senior-level hiring managers
- Extremely self-reliant, requires minimal supervision
- Proficient in Word, Excel (mainly populating reports), and Outlook
- ATS (applicant tracking) experience
Compensation and Other information:
- Pay up to $35.00 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00
- Work is Hybrid, some based at home and based at office in Lewisville, TX 75057
- Position starts immediately and is temporary, up to 90 days or longer
