What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
• Set up and maintain clean, organized workstations
• Follow IHOP standards for food quality, presentation, and portioning
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and stocked
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen at all times
• Work closely with team members to deliver orders quickly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cook experience required
• Skilled with kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
