Ēma – meaning “mother” in Hebrew – is bringing its warm, vibrant Mediterranean flavors to Austin! From the mind of Top Chef Alum and Chef Partner CJ Jacobson, Ēma serves a mezze-style menu inspired by the sun-soaked coasts of the Mediterranean and the light, fresh approach of California cuisine. Expect shareable small plates, a veggie-forward menu, and an elevated dining experience that celebrates bold flavors and community.
