Hiring: Executive KM, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Chicago (Oak Park), IL
Pay: up to $84k-$107k + 15% Bonus Potential
Responsibilities
- Executive Kitchen Manager will partner with Culinary Kitchen Team, to ensure new menu items are executed with excellence
- Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards
- Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability
- Promote teamwork and superior guest experience

Requirements
- 3+ years experience Kitchen Management in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant
- Scratch Kitchen experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus
