Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 base
Location: Dallas – Plano, TX
About the Opportunity
A highly respected culinary group is looking for a talented and innovative Executive Pastry Chef to lead its pastry and bakery program. This role is ideal for a hands-on pastry leader who excels in high-volume scratch production, team development, and creative menu execution.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all pastry operations, including daily production and team supervision
- Develop, test, and standardize recipes for consistent large-scale execution
- Train and mentor staff on techniques, quality expectations, and presentation standards
- Manage labor, scheduling, vendor relationships, and ingredient sourcing
- Maintain strict quality control and collaborate on guest-experience improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Culinary Degree + 10+ years of pastry leadership in upscale or high-profile environments
- High-volume production experience in scratch kitchens is required
- Strong tenure — 3+ years average tenure per location
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities a plus
