Hiring: Executive Sous Chef

Upscale Restaurant (Scratch Kitchen, High Volume)
Location: Ft. Worth

Salary: $60-70k Base+ Bonus

 

The Executive Sous Chef works closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to develop quality food, managing kitchen staff and assisting in growing the business. You will monitor all the food that enters and leaves the kitchen, including prepping, cooking, plating and temperature. Train the kitchen staff on how to properly cook and handle the food, create staff schedules, order food supplies and kitchen equipment, and inventory the food products and provide solutions to staff conflict and customer satisfaction.

 

Required:

·         Culinary Degree with 4+ years Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef experience in high profile, full-service restaurants, hotels, or resorts.

·         Experience working in scratch kitchens, and must have high volume experience.

·         Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills with staff and customers.

·         Must have strong tenure, no job hopping!!!! 3+ years each location
