Winfield’s Chocolate Bar is hiring a Factory Director to lead our production, commissary, and wholesale operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving efficiency across our production line, inventory, logistics, and factory team performance.

Position Overview
The Factory Director oversees all aspects of food production, factory operations, and commissary management. This role ensures efficient production line output, inventory accuracy, food safety compliance, and cost control while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production, factory, and commissary operations to meet output and quality goals
- Manage production schedules, workflows, and staffing to ensure efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, procurement, receiving, and distribution across retail and wholesale channels
- Supervise warehouse and production line operations, including ordering, stocking, and logistics
- Hire, train, and develop factory and production staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements in production and workflow
- Monitor costs, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production, factory, commissary, or food manufacturing leadership
- Strong background in production line management, inventory control, and logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions
- Valid Texas driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000/year

Location & Schedule
- Based at: 9127 Stella Link Rd, Houston, TX
- Regular travel between retail locations and offices
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule (with occasional nights/weekends during peak production seasons)
