Sodexo Live! is now hiring Food & Beverage Attendants for the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). This is a non-tipped, full-time server role designed for hospitality professionals who want the stability of predictable, competitive pay without relying on gratuity — along with a complete benefits package from day one.

As an F&B Attendant at the Chase Sapphire Lounge, you’ll be a key part of the guest-facing dining experience at one of DFW’s most exclusive traveler destinations. You’ll greet and seat guests, maintain buffet and service stations, explain menu offerings, and ensure every traveler feels attended to throughout their visit. Sodexo Live! holds our lounge teams to the same elevated standard as our stadium and arena operations worldwide — if you’re a hospitality professional who takes service seriously and values consistency, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

• Greet, seat, and attend to lounge guests with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain buffet stations, dining areas, and service equipment throughout each shift
• Explain menu items, make thoughtful recommendations, and respond to guest requests
• Assist with food preparation, restocking, and inventory support as needed
• Operate dishwasher and support dish, glass, and utensil sanitation
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
• Follow all Sodexo HACCP, food safety, and operational standards

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of food service, dining, or hospitality experience
• Warm, professional communication style with a genuine guest-first attitude
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Food handler certification or ServSafe preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull as needed
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
