Requirements:
- 3+ years Restaurant Management experience in full-service restaurants, hotels, or other high-volume food and beverage establishments
- Experience managing at least $3M in sales volume
- Experience managing bar/beverage
- Inventory, ordering, and scheduling experience
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
