Hiring: General Manager
Location: Anchorage, AK

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
  • Consistently deliver superior service, clean safe environment and exceptional food quality to guests.
  • Oversee training of new employees and facilitate development of current team members to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain sales growth, cost management and profitability of restaurant.
  • Have fun and create a positive family friendly work environment.

Requirements:

  • Buffet Experience Preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends. 5-day work week.
  • 3+ years restaurant manager experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Safety/Serve Safe certification a plus.
