Hopdoddy Burger Bar is hiring a General Manager to lead the total restaurant operation — people, product, and process. If you’ve earned your stripes in restaurant leadership and know what it takes to crush it daily, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do

• Own P&L, labor, and cost controls for the restaurant
• Lead, coach, and develop a team from hourly staff through management
• Drive guest experience and uphold Hopdoddy’s scratch-kitchen standards
• Hire, train, and build bench strength for future leaders
• Partner with Kitchen Manager and Hospitality Manager to run a tight, high-volume operation

What You Bring

• 2+ years as a GM or equivalent multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Proven P&L and labor management skills
• High-volume, full-service or fast-casual background preferred
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A people-first leadership style with a bias for action
