What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop all restaurant managers and team members
• Own full P&L performance, including sales, labor, and cost controls
• Drive operational excellence and ensure brand standards are executed daily
• Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and retention strategies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing facility
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Create a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and drive profitability
