Job Details:
- This is an onsite full-time employment opportunity, with no work from home option.
- Hourly pay is initially $16.00 per hour with opportunities for increases after successful completion of required training and job performance
- Opportunity to earn a higher wage if you are bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Applicants must be available to work 8 hour shifts between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) on site at our Careington / Dial Care office located at 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033 after initial training concludes.
- Initial training and shadowing of tenured call center co-workers will be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for 4 weeks minimum
- You will be working directly with customers via inbound phone calls
- Benefits eligibility is on the first day of the the month following 60 days of employment
- 11 paid holidays each calendar year
- 19 days of paid time off accrued during each calendar year
- 401K eligibility is on the first of the month after 90 days of employment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
- Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed
- Able to manage 70 to 100+ inbound customer service calls per day
Skills:
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
- 1+ years experience working with MS Office Suite
- Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
- Attention to detail
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
Requirements:
