Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonus (10–15%+)

A popular family-dining restaurant is looking for a Hospitality Manager to own FOH operations and service standards.

What You’ll Do

• Coach, train, and develop FOH team members

• Lead guest service initiatives and dining room execution

• Maintain labor targets, service flow, and brand standards

• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years FOH management in casual or full service

• Strong communication & leadership skills
