Sodexo Live! is now hiring Hospitality Team Members for the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) — one of the most prestigious airport lounge experiences in the country. These are guest-facing roles at the heart of the lounge experience. Whether you’re crafting cocktails behind the bar, welcoming travelers at the front desk, or keeping food and beverage service flowing seamlessly across the floor, you’ll be part of a team that takes genuine pride in every interaction. What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional, attentive service to lounge guests at every touchpoint
• Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, beverages, and food items to brand standards
• Greet, check in, and direct guests; answer inquiries and coordinate arrivals
• Verify guest identification and comply with all applicable alcohol service laws
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas throughout each shift
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Comply with Sodexo HACCP policies, food safety standards, and all company procedures

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in bartending, hospitality, or guest services
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, polished presence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bartending license or permit where required by local law (Bartender role)
• Food handler certification or ServSafe preferred
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull as needed
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
