Responsibilities:

●      Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly welcome

●      Manage the waitlist and seating flow

●      Answer phones and take accurate to-go orders

●      Package and double-check to-go and online orders

●      Deliver carside orders to guests’ cars and process payments

●      Keep the host stand, entrance, and to-go area clean and stocked

Qualifications:

●      Customer service experience preferred, but not required

●      Friendly, professional, and organized

●      Comfortable handling cash and payments accurately

●      Available weekends and holidays

●      Able to stand and walk for a full shift and work outdoors for carside delivery
