Hiring: Hourly Team Member
Positions: Cashier, Cook, Crew Member, Customer Service
Pay: $10.00/hr.
Location: Crosby, TX

We are looking for Team Members that would like to grow with the company at our New Location in Crosby and possibly want to be a future Team Member.  As a member at Charley’s, you will learn the Charley’s way and become certified in different positions including grilling, toppings, fries, preparation, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Provide a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Be able to work in fast paced environment, exhibit a sense of urgency and work on your feet
• Provide exceptional customer service and willing to learn the Charley’s way
• Be able to lift 50 pounds to waist level and frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 – 50 pounds)
• Fluent English-speaking
• Have a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Be able to learn the menu (proper ingredients, portion size and presentation)
• Work well in a team environment and understand that each position depends the other
• Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
• One or more years’ restaurant experience (fast food/QSR management experience preferred)
• Ability to lead and manage team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Supervise and motivate Team Members to perform to their highest possible level of ability.
• Be able to maintain high standards of service by demonstrating management by example.
• Takes initiative and always looking for improvement
