Hiring: Kid Check and Merch Attendant

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a responsible and friendly Kid Check & Merchandise Attendant to ensure the safety of our guests and assist with merchandise sales. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for families, managing our Kid Check system to ensure children leave with the correct guardian. Additionally, you will help guests with purchasing tokens, tickets, and redeeming prizes, ensuring they have a fun and smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Kid Check system to ensure the safety of children, making sure they leave with the correct parent or guardian.
• Greet guests at the entrance and check families in using the Kid Check system.
• Assist guests with purchasing tokens, redeeming tickets, and selecting prizes from the merchandise counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prize and merchandise area.
• Restock merchandise and prizes, ensuring items are displayed attractively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with product recommendations.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed in the Kid Check area.
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun, secure, and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with children and families.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and responsible when ensuring child safety procedures are followed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, safety procedures, or retail is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with guests.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
