E Bar Tex Mex, a vibrant and locally-loved restaurant in Dallas, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, are passionate about food quality, and have a talent for managing teams efficiently, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food and timely service.
  • Manage, train, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Oversee inventory, food prep, and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain strict standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist in menu development, portion control, and cost management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of kitchen or culinary management experience, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.
