Required:
- 3+ years Restaurant KM experience in full-service (scratch kitchen)
- Culinary background or kitchen management experience preferred
- Demonstrate understanding of current procedures & business practices
- Ensure all controls are in place to minimize losses
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
