Hiring: Kitchen Manager
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: up to $65-70k
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Back of House restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
- Deliver superior service to meet company standards
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback, taking appropriate action to maximize customer satisfaction
- Train new and current team members through orientations, ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Closely monitor restaurant standards and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth
- Awareness of all preventive maintenance and equipment needs

Requirements
- 2+ years Restaurant Manager experience
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality is a plus
