Hiring: Kitchen Manager
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: up to $65-70k

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Back of House restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
  • Deliver superior service to meet company standards
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback, taking appropriate action to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Train new and current team members through orientations, ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Closely monitor restaurant standards and compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth
  • Awareness of all preventive maintenance and equipment needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years Restaurant Manager experience
  • Education: High school diploma or higher
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality is a plus
