Hiring: KM & Assistant Executive KM, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Kildeer, IL
Pay: up to $55k-$79k + 10% Bonus Potential (KM)

Pay: up to $70k-88k + 10% Bonus Potential (AEKM)

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Manager will oversee 1-2 departments including dish, prep and/or line
• AEKM will Partner with Executive Kitchen Manager, ensure menu items are executed with excellence
• Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards
• Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability
• Promote teamwork and superior guest experience

Requirements

• 3+ years experience Kitchen Management in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant
• Scratch Kitchen experience preferred
• Education: High school diploma or higher
• Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus
