Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonus (10–15%+)

A well-established family-dining restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager to drive BOH excellence and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead BOH operations, recipe execution, and food quality

• Manage prep systems, production flow, and food safety compliance

• Train and coach BOH staff for efficiency and consistency

• Oversee inventory, waste, and labor performance

What You’re Bringing

• 2–3+ years BOH leadership

• Experience in high-volume environments
