Kitchen Team — Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW

$21.00 – $28.00/hr depending on position and experience

Sodexo Live! is now hiring Kitchen Team Members at all experience levels for the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Our culinary team is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistently executed food across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events — all to a standard befitting one of DFW’s most distinguished lounge experiences and one of the world’s leading live hospitality companies. We’re filling roles across the full kitchen team — from entry-level prep to experienced lead cooks and kitchen supervisors. No matter where you fit on that spectrum, you’ll have clear expectations, a supportive team around you, and a real path forward. These are full-time positions with biweekly pay, complete benefits, and competitive wages that reflect your experience and the role you’re stepping into.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items across all meal periods
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines with consistency
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and according to standards
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with all HACCP and food safety requirements
  • Manage inventory, estimate production needs, and communicate supply requirements
  • Support and develop team members; coordinate daily kitchen activities (Lead/Supervisor roles)
  • Attend allergy and foodborne illness training; comply with all Sodexo and regulatory procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of culinary or food service experience (varies by level)
  • Ability to read and execute recipes independently
  • Advanced knife skills and classical cooking technique (Lead Cook and above)
  • Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge; ServSafe certification preferred
  • Proven leadership and team coordination experience (Kitchen Supervisor role)
  • Front-of-house and bar operations experience a plus (Kitchen Supervisor role)
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull as needed
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
