We’re hiring a Lead Teacher in Queen Creek, AZ to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

What You’ll Do

• Lead classroom instruction and curriculum aligned with Arizona Early Learning Standards
• Ensure safety, supervision, and well-being of all children
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Foster a structured, nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
• Partner with families to support each child’s growth and development

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ months experience in a licensed childcare center (REQUIRED)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Must meet Arizona state childcare licensing requirements
