Manufacturing Production Team – Multiple Positions

A leading building products manufacturer in Johnson County, KS is growing its production team and hiring for several full-time roles on day and night shifts. These are stable, long-term positions with a national company that offers strong benefits, competitive pay, and a real path to advancement, all close to home.

We’re hiring Packers starting at $19.81/hr. You’ll pack, label, and inspect finished product, and no experience is needed because we’ll train you. Material Handlers / Forklift Operators earn $21.49/hr moving materials, loading trucks, and keeping production lines supplied; forklift experience is required. Mold Set-Up Technicians earn $25.63/hr setting up and adjusting tooling, and should bring injection molding or extrusion experience. Production Leads earn $24.76/hr guiding and training line teams, and should have prior lead or trainer experience. Maintenance Technicians earn $33.78/hr troubleshooting and maintaining plant equipment, and should have 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with PLC knowledge as a plus.

Night shift Packers, Production Leads, and Maintenance Technicians earn an additional $2.00/hr shift differential.
