Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online presence through SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other relevant channels to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by creating compelling ad content using Adobe Creative Suite tools and managing advertising budgets effectively.
  • Lead product management collaborations to develop targeted campaigns that highlight product features and benefits in B2B (business-to-business) environments as well as e-commerce settings.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, supporting lead generation and nurturing through targeted campaigns.
  • Manage WordPress websites, implement HTML updates when necessary, and ensure website content is optimized for search engines.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), and other paid media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visual content.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp along with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing strategies combined with e-commerce experience to drive online sales growth.
  • Knowledge of HTML coding basics and WordPress website management for content updates and site optimization.
  • Excellent research skills complemented by copywriting expertise to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
