Chuck E. Cheese is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Party Server to make birthday parties and special events unforgettable for our guests. As a Party Server, you will be responsible for hosting parties, ensuring a fun and seamless experience for both children and parents, and creating memories that last a lifetime. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids and thrives in a lively, exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and lead birthday parties and special events, engaging with children and parents.
• Serve food and beverages to party guests promptly and ensure all needs are met.
• Set up and clean up party tables, decorations, and supplies.
• Facilitate games and activities, ensuring everyone is having a great time.
• Help manage party schedules to ensure all activities run smoothly and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring parents and children have a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure party areas are clean and ready for the next event.
• Promote Chuck E. Cheese’s party packages and services to guests.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with children and families.
• Energetic, positive attitude with the ability to engage guests in a fun, playful manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Previous experience in customer service, hosting, or serving is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a loud and vibrant environment.
