Hiring: Pastry Chef
Location: Dallas, TX
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in all phases of baking
- Two years technical school or certified apprenticeship preferred
- Ability to train, develop and assess player performance
- Experience in managing labor and food cost
- Ability to create innovative desserts made from scratch and create recipes for high volume production
- Well-organized with proven ability to meet timelines and show results through initiatives
- Results-oriented and able to set and execute department goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Communicate and interact professionally and respectfully
- Background in High-Profile restaurants, hotels, and/or resorts preferred
