Position is home-based in Baton Rouge, LA area or New Orleans, LA area. Must live in this area.

Pay up to $33.65 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience
At least 3 years recruiting experience with large corporate companies
Ability to travel 10% to local job fairs, business meetings, and other events by car with paid mileage, no overnight travel
Proven ability to source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; i.e. Word and Outlook
Microsoft Excel experience Microsoft Teams experience preferred
High-volume recruiting experience managing dozens of hourly job orders at one time
Excellent oral and written Communication skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
Outstanding Persuasive skills
Experience supporting senior-level hiring managers
Extremely self-reliant, requires minimal supervision
Entrepreneurial spirit
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred yet not required
Agency recruiter experience ideal yet not required

Other information:

Pay up to $33.65 per hour, based on experience
Position is full-time, M-F, up to 90 days or longer with potential for permanent employment
Paid major holidays and 1 week of Paid Time Off (PTO)
Position is home-based in Baton Rouge, LA or New Orleans, LA. Must live in this area.
Laptop will be provided
Position starts immediately
Local drive-time travel at 10% to job fairs, business meetings, and other events with paid mileage, no overnight travel
