Assistant General Manager
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced concept. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on team culture, guest experiences, and business results, all while working in a fun, people-first environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, quality, and safety protocols.
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, and compliance with local/state health standards.
- Drive sales and profitability while maintaining strong financial controls.
- Build strong connections with the local community through events and engagement.
- Ensure brand standards and operational excellence are consistently upheld.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant general management experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and purchasing.
- Proven experience with P&L responsibilities and achieving financial targets.
- A hands-on leader with excellent coaching and team-building skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
- Food handler certification preferred.
