Assistant General Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $53,105–$62,000
Schedule: ~45 hours/week

A growing, well-known fast-casual restaurant group is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an amazing guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is ready for the next step in their leadership career.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure great guest experiences
• Lead, train, motivate, and coach team members
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and developing staff
• Maintain high standards for food safety, service, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Help drive sales and support financial goals
• Maintain a positive culture and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager or AGM required; GM experience preferred)
• Strong people-leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, scheduling, inventory, and business operations
• Warm, energetic personality and passion for hospitality
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
