Positions Including Assistant General Manager, Shift Lead, Cashiers, Drive Thru, Customer Service, Cooks, & Dishwashers.

• Shift Lead: $17.00-$20.00/hour
• Prep Cook: $16.00-$18.00/hour
• Team Member: $15.00-$16.00/hour

As an Assistant General Manager, your mission will be to drive operational excellence, financial success, and team development, ensuring Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill delivers exceptional dining experiences by efficiently managing operations, maximizing profitability, and fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

Shift Leads are an important part of our restaurant management team. They provide leadership and guidance during their shifts. They are experts in creating the Costa Vida experience for our teams to follow. They provide prompt and outstanding Guest service, quality products, and maintain a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.

Our Team Members are challenged, have fun, and take pride in preparing and serving Costa Vida’s delicious food to our valued guests. Integrity is a core value, and they know that in order to perform to the highest of standards, they need a clean and organized work area and great team work to succeed. Team Members have the opportunity to learn and work in varying roles providing a well-rounded experience. Team Members can expect a high energy and fast paced environment.
