Compensation: $75,000 – $96,000 annually + performance incentives

A well-known, rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support leadership at a high-volume, flagship location in Boston’s Seaport area. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in leading, coaching, and developing restaurant teams

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistent hospitality standards

  • Assist with managing budgets, labor, and controllable costs

  • Oversee inventory, food quality, safety, and sanitation compliance

  • Execute company policies, procedures, and operational strategies

  • Help manage payroll, scheduling, and shift execution

  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence

  • Represent the brand positively within the local community and events

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, food safety, and purchasing

  • Exposure to P&L management, labor controls, and cost management

  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members

  • Passion for hospitality and building positive team culture

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Food handler certification preferred
