What You’ll Do:

• Be an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Oversee high-end private events, including birthday celebrations, baby showers, and bridal gatherings.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Foster a positive team culture and uphold the highest standards of guest service.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Proven experience in full-service restaurants, ideally in an upscale setting.
• Passion for hospitality with a strong people-service orientation.
• A dedicated and tenured background—longevity in past roles is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with a diverse clientele.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
