Restaurant Field Manager (Restaurant Manager) – Corner Bakery Café

$22/hr (50hrs/wk)

Corner Bakery Café is hiring a Restaurant Field Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead daily café operations, coach and develop teams, and ensure excellent guest service. This role supports opening/closing shifts, inventory, cash handling, and catering operations while driving sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop restaurant employees at all levels
  • Lead guest relations, recovery, and sales building
  • Oversee inventory ordering and receiving
  • Support food delivery during peak hours
  • Execute opening and closing shift procedures
  • Manage cash flow, deposits, and required reports
  • Drive cost control and performance (P&L)
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members
  • Maintain food safety standards and lead safety committee
  • Support catering operations and restaurant sales initiatives

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • State Foodhandler card + ServSafe certification
  • 1+ year Shift Supervisor experience in restaurant operations (Corner Bakery or similar)
  • Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, problem solver
  • Microsoft Office + POS system experience
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to pass MVR
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
