Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from hiring and developing an exceptional team to managing daily operations and long-term business strategies. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing costs, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling cared for. With full ownership of both front and back of house leadership, you’ll cultivate a culture of excellence, ensure compliance, and partner with the Executive Chef to deliver a world-class dining experience.

Essential Functions:

• Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and meet financial goals
• Build, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure smooth daily shift execution
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and corporate leaders on restaurant strategy
• Perform regular inventories and oversee ordering and vendor relations
