What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, managing 25-50 employees and a $1M+ budget
• Hire, train & develop a high-performing team
• Drive guest satisfaction & sales growth
• Handle inventory, ordering & cash flow management
• Ensure food & safety standards are met
• Lead by example—yes, even delivering food during peak hours!

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & guest service skills
• Ability to analyze business results & drive action plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & POS systems
• ServSafe & Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
