Overview
A multi-unit restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead full restaurant operations, drive financial performance, and build high-performing management teams. This role oversees daily execution, guest satisfaction, food safety, and people development while managing a team of managers and 25+ hourly employees.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and safety

Lead, develop, and coach a management team of 2–4 leaders and a team of 25+ employees

Drive sales, transactions, labor efficiency, and financial performance

Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Ensure consistent execution of pre-shift huddles and communication across all shifts

Hire, train, onboard, and develop future leaders

Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to enhance guest experience and online reputation

Maintain compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and labor standards

Oversee administrative functions including payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and performance reviews

Ensure proper cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures

Lead through change with adaptability, professionalism, and confidence
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience, including at least 2 years as a General Manager (or equivalent)

ServSafe Certification required

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Proficient with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting systems
